Responsibilities

Handling all matters of Admin and support services activities of the Exploration team (around 247 employees during working for GUPCO). 

Preparing tenders documents, contracts and drive the required negotiations with Legal, Administration, Technical staff and Contractors.

Evaluating bids, offers and proposals submitted by invited companies.

Processing contractor’s invoices for payment according to the contracts terms and conditions.

Preparing periodic statements needed to the top management such as:        

Outstanding Liabilities.

Cash Requirement statement.

Budget, Cost Analysis and Controlling

Prepare the Appropriation Forms and controlling Expenditures.

Wide rang experience for all Contracts and Finance affairs such as Treasury

Budget, Banking, Taxes and Insurance.

General Accounting

Payroll

Local and foreign payments.

BP Exploration Growth Team Project Manager

Responsible for the Growth Team and Seismic Quality Improvement Team (Phase 1 & 2) during 2000 – 2002.

EPEX (Egyptian Petroleum Exploration Society)

Manage society affairs in all Admin and Finance aspects delegated from the Board.
